Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Package Securely

  Place the jewelry in its original Tres Colori packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed for transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
